一、概述
Ⅰ.Overview
  1.1主機
1.1 Main engine   
   主機有大夾具(紅、黑)兩個,紅(黑)夾具的接線端均固定在麵板的後方,以方便開關的控製。
  Host has big fixture (red, black), red (black) fixture terminal are fixed in the rear of the panel, to facilitate control of the switch.
  2.用途 
  1.2 Purpose
蓄電池活化儀(以下簡稱活化儀),是一款多功能型蓄電池維護維修檢測的設備,是對蓄電池進行日常維護不可缺少的好幫手。設備體積小,方便移動操作。在電力、金融、通信、軍隊、汽車、地鐵、大型工廠等行業有著廣泛的應用。
   Battery activation instrument (the following referred to as the activation instrument), is a multi-function equipment for battery to maintenance and test, which is indispensable helper in daily maintenace. The size of equipment is small , so it is convenient to move and operate. In electric power, finance, telecommunication, military, automobiles, subway, large factories and other industries has been widely used. 
 
每年電池早期衰退導致的性能下降和劣化,使得大批量的電池報廢,帶來很大的經濟損失,同時也帶來了嚴重的環境汙染。因此電池的修複與活化和電池的再利用一直是一個熱點話題,尤其近年受到了國家相關部門的高度重視。
   Batteries performance reduction and degradation because of early recession every year, make large quantities of batteries scrap,bring great economic losses, and brought serious environmental pollution. Therefore rehabilitation and activation of cell and battery recycling has always been a hot topic, especially in recent years attaches great importance by the national related department . 
 
眾所周知,在各行各業裏,對於電源安全要求較高的係統,都配有後備電源、UPS等,而蓄電池就是其中核心部分。這些蓄電池有很大一部分是成組使用,任何單節電池的老化落後,都會嚴重影響到整組電池的性能,並很快會使得整組電池中其他單體變壞,進而引起整組電池提前退出運行。就是作為單體使用的汽車電池,大部分僅僅因為不能正常啟動汽車就全部被報廢。實際上,對於落後或者變壞的蓄電池進行活化處理後,大部分都可以有效地重新激活電池,延長使用壽命,在蓄電池日常維護中有著很好的現實意義。
   As is known to all, in all walks of life, higher requirements for Power supply security system are equipped with backup power supply, UPS, etc., but the storage battery is the core part of the system. A good portion of the battery is with groups, any single battery aging will affect the performance of the whole group batteries seriously, and will soon make other monomers break up in the whole group batteries, and then will bring about the whole battery quit running ahead of time. The car battery used as monomers, most of them just because can't start the car properly can all be scrapped. In fact, the backward or bad battery after activation treatment, most can be effectively to activate cells, prolong service life, in the storage battery maintenance has a good practical significance. 
 
    活化儀不僅有對蓄電池進行的可編程充電/放電循環激活作用,還有以下幾種獨立的使用方式:電池充電,電池放電。所有充放電都是可編程的。充電自動按照三段式過程充電。這些功能完全滿足了日常對於蓄電池維護的主要需求。
Activation instrument not only has a programmable of battery charging/discharging cycle activation function, and the use of several independent way: the battery charge, the battery discharge. All charge and discharge are programmable. Charging according to the three-step process automatically. These functions fully meet the main demand for battery daily maintenance. 
本設備可以在線或者離線使用,同時兼容2V,6V,12V電池。
  This equipment can be used online or offline, at the same time, compatible with 2 V, 6 V, 12 V battery. 
 
二、功能
Ⅱ.Function
2.1電池充電
2.1 Battery charge
可編程對單體電池進行充電編程內容包括:電池編號,電池類型選擇,充電電流,充電時間,電池電壓上限設置; 
 充電方式:自動對蓄電池按照編程值進行三段式充電:恒流—恒壓—浮充;
 當滿足充電時間或是充電完成都會停止充電,顯示充電完畢。
 恒流充電時,電流以I10進行充電,當電壓超過限壓時轉化為恒壓充電,當電流小於0.1I10時轉化為浮充,曲線圖如下圖所示:

   Charging ways: automatically to a three-stage charging battery according to the values of programming : constant current, constant voltage, floating charge;
   When meet the charging time or charging is complete will stop charging, and display fully charged. 
    Constant current charging, the charging current at I10, when the voltage exceeds limit voltage into constant voltage charging, when the current is less than 0.1 I10 into floating charge, the graph as shown in the figure below:

2.2電池放電
2.2 Battery discharge
    可編程對單體電池放電,編程內容包括:電池編號,電池類型選擇,放電電流,放電時間,電池電壓下限設置;
放電方式:恒流放電,低於限壓或是放電時間到時停止放電,顯示放電完畢;
實時顯示放電動態過程信息;
溫度檢測,超出設定值自動啟動風扇進行散熱;

    Discharge way: constant exile, below the limit of voltage or over discharge time will stop discharge, then show that discharge is completed
   Real-time display dynamic process information of discharge
   Temperature monitoring, if temperature beyond the set data will start fan for cooling automatically.
 
2.3電池活化
2.3 Battery activation
可編程對單體電池進行活化,編程內容包括:電池編號,電池類型選擇,充電限壓(上限),放電限壓(下限),充放電循環次數,每個循環的充電電流,充電時間,放電時間,放電電流,脈衝修複選擇;
活化方式:逐個循環按照編程值執行,放電完畢以低於限壓或是放電設定時間到為準,充電完畢以充電設定時間到或是充電完畢為準;
實時顯示活化動態過程信息;
溫度監測,超出設定值自動啟動風扇進行散熱;
  Programmable to activation of monomer battery, programming content including: battery number, battery type choice, charging voltage limiting (upper limit), discharge voltage limiting (lower limit), charge and discharge cycles, each cycle of the charging current and charging time, discharge time, discharge current, pulse repair options 
   Activation method: cycling implemented according to the values of programming, discharge end is lower than the set time limit or discharge to prevail, fully charged to be set a time to or battery;
Real-time display dynamic process information of activation
Temperature monitoring, if temperature beyond the set data will start fan for cooling automatically.
 
三、特點

四、工作原理
Ⅳ.Working principle
活化儀的工作原理:電源中廣泛使用的鉛酸蓄電池和免維護電池的所謂失效和容量衰減,都直接表現為內阻增大、端電壓升高、使用性能明顯下降等。影響蓄電池的內在質量主要表現在蓄電池硫化,造成硫化的兩個重要因素:一是極化電壓,二是記憶效應,其中極化電壓是在充電過程中,電荷堆積於蓄電池電極上而產生的反向,實際上表現為蓄電池內阻的增大。消除極化電壓的有效方法,是采用負極性脈衝在蓄電池兩端瞬間放掉電極上堆積的反極性電荷。記憶效應則可通過多次充放電來消除。落後蓄電池的活化是采用模糊數學控製理論,完全模擬蓄電池自身的充放電特性導出的多級充放電算法。模擬的結果完全再現每塊蓄電池的自身充放電特征,達到激活落後電池提升其容量的目的,硫酸鹽結晶被離子化,並作為一種活性材料不斷地溶解在電解液中,降低蓄電池的內阻,穩定充電電壓。經過活化激活後可恢複和提升電池的實際容量。
Working principle: it is widely used failure and capacity attenuation of lead-acid battery and maintenance-free battery in the power, which is directly related to increased internal resistance, voltage increases, performance decreased significantly. Effect of the intrinsic quality of battery mainly in battery vulcanization, two important factors caused by sulfide: one is the polarization voltage, the other is the memory effect. The polarization voltage is in the process of charging and charge accumulation resulting from the reverse battery electrodes, which shows a increase of the internal resistance of battery in fact.   Effective methods to eliminate the polarization voltage is used in the negative pulse battery electrode on the accumulation of free ends of instant reverse polarity charge . Memory effect can be eliminated by repeated charging and discharging. The backward battery activation uses the fuzzy mathematical control theory, multi-stage charging and discharging algorithm fully simulate the derived battery charge and discharge characteristics of itself.  Its charge and discharge characteristics simulation result completely reproduced for each battery, to activate the battery capacity to enhance its backward, sulfate crystallization is ionized, and as an active material continuously dissolved in the electrolyte, reducing the inner resistance of battery, and the charging voltage stability. The actual capacity can be restored and improved the battery after activation .
